 BD is a medical technology company that serves healthcare institutions, life science researchers, clinical laboratories, industry and the general public. BD manufactures and sells a broad range of medical supplies, devices, laboratory equipment and diagnostic products. Cosmos as the Distributor of BD in Eritrea is involved in different projects with the ministry for the promotion and supply of BD products. Cosmos is the authorized after sale service provider on behalf of BD in Eritrea. |  Abbott Laboratories is a global, broad‐based health care company devoted to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical products to include Laboratory devices and Diagnostics. Abbott and markets its products in more than 130 countries. Cosmos, as Distributor of Abbott, strives to bring Abbott products to the Eritrean Market. Cosmos is the authorized after sale service provider on behalf of Abbott on repair, Maintenance and servicing in Eritrea |  Alere are a global leader in the field of rapid diagnostic tests designed to improve the quality of patient care. Specific product lines include tests for rapid and early diagnosis in the fields of cardiovascular, infectious diseases, women's health, drugs of abuse and oncology. Alere regularly supplies test kits to the Ministry of Health for the past 10 years and is represented by Cosmos. We are the authorized after sale service provider on behalf of Alere in Eritrea |

 Fazzini, an established company for the supplies of healthcare products starting from complete hospital equipments to instruments and basic day to day medical instruments has been supplying Eritrea for the past 10 years. Cosmos is the Local Partner with Fazzini for the importation of Medical Equipments and accessories. |  Novo Nordisk A/S is a Denmark‐based healthcare company. Novo Nordisk operates on a worldwide basis in two business segments: diabetes care and biopharmaceuticals.Novo have played a major role in providing Eritrea with all the diabetes health care equipment and accessories. Cosmos as a representative of Novo in Eritrea works in the delivery of its products, implementation of training and awareness building to the Ministry of Health. |  Terumo is a global medical manufacturer of Hypodermics, Blood Collection Transfusion Cardiovascular, Veterinary and Diabetes products. In partnership with Cosmo, Terumo has Continually supplied and successfully delivered Blood Collection and Management systems and disposables to the National Blood Bank and hospitals in Eritrea. |
 Biomérieux, a company specialized in In Vitro diagnostics, contributes to the Improvement of global public heath through its two main areas of activity: Clinical Diagnostics and Industrial Microbiology. Biomérieux has established a working relationship in Eritrea with Cosmos and supplies its diagnostics kits and reagents regularly to all departments in Ministry of Health. |  Biotec Laboratories Limited is an established independent diagnostics company in England. Biotec manufactures & distributes medical laboratory diagnostics and bacteriology products worldwide. Cosmos as representative has a close working relation with Biotec for the supply of medical laboratory diagnostics equipments in Eritrea. |  The Wagtech Projects Division offers the opportunity for complete installation, commissioning and training to be provided in support of the equipment supply programme. Technical manuals are provided, Wagtech Projects scientists and engineers travel to the project locations to work on‐site, and Cosmos, as a local Wagtech Projects agent, have the necessary expertise to provide a continued service over the longer term. |

The Italian 3B Scientific with Cosmos has supplied various medical training equipment to be used by the Eritrean Orotta School of Medicine and the departments within the Ministry of Health. |  Carl Zeiss offers a wide variety of solutions and products for Health care, Vision, Measuring, Research sports, Analyzing, Microelectronics. Carl Zeiss Meditec has supplied various ophthalmic equipments and instruments to Eritrea in collaboration with Cosmos. Training and support has also been incorporated with this procurement to insure proper installation and usage of these equipments. Card Zeiss MicroImaging for supply of Professional Binocular Microscopes has also been introduced to Eritrea |  Physio‐Control is the world leader in the development, manufacture, sale and service of external defibrillator/monitors and emergency medical response products and services. Himedia with Cosmos, has delivered to Eritrea Chemicals and Culture media to the Pharmaceutical manufacturer |  Agfa HealthCare, a part of the Agfa‐Gevaert Group, is a leading provider of integrated IT solutions, state‐of‐the‐art diagnostic imaging and contrast media solutions for hospitals and other healthcare centers. Eritrea has used AGFA X‐ Ray Films and developers for years in the hospitals and clinics in the region. |
 Svizera Europe BV is a leading company in the supply and distribution of products for the diagnosis and treatment of Tuberculosis and other infectious diseases. Cosmos has been representing Svizera in Eritrea for the past few years. |  Equipment & Systems Engineering, Inc.is manufacturer of Aquachlor On‐Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generator System, an economical way to sanitize and have safe drinking in rural and remote areas. Their product has also been used in Eritrea. |  Serum Institute of India Ltd. Is one the world's largest vaccine manufacturer which Polio vaccine as well as Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Hib, BCG, r‐Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccines. BBPL has the capability to formulate any Animal Health Products (Medicines) to suit the live stock requirement of the given country. BBPL has strong presence in domestic and international market. Represented by Cosmos they have successfully also delivered veterinary drugs and vaccines to Eritrea. |  JOHN A. MASON GmbH & Co. KG is a German Trading House in pharmaceutical and chemical raw materials. In partnership with Cosmos, the company has been active in the Eritrea market for many years by supplying chemicals to clients such as Red Sea Trading Corporation and Asmara Milk Factory. |
